Adam comes to Excel with nearly ten years of experience in higher education and recruiting across the Midwest. His journey in education was centered within collegiate athletics with four different colleges and universities, serving as an assistant coach for football, campus recruiting coordination, admissions liaison and academic monitoring for student athletes.

His passion for the holistic development of student athletes continued to be the driving force of his life’s purpose is, to connect and positively influence others to worthwhile opportunities in life. He continued that mindset as he made the transition to corporate level recruiting, connecting high level candidates to various career opportunities; as well as, serving as a business development manager responsible for a vast portfolio maintaining relationships with nearly 65 client businesses and organizations in Minneapolis.

Adam has achieved both his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Education from Northern State University in his home state of South Dakota.

Adam resides in Minneapolis and can find him participating in various outdoor activities, coaching in a few football camps, playing golf, going out for a nice walk or jog, or just spending quality time with family and friends.
