Sloane Hager-Plahn

With over a decade of experience in childcare and education-focused roles, Sloane brings a nurturing, structured approach to supporting families and young learners. Her career began as a Site Director at the YMCA, where she led after-school programs and designed enriching activities tailored to children’s developmental needs. She later spent two years with College Nannies and Tutors, providing both nannying and academic support, before transitioning into private nannying, a role she held for six years.
In addition to her caregiving expertise, Sloane has taken on office management responsibilities in private household settings. These have included coordinating complex schedules, managing vendors, organizing family events, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations—creating the kind of behind-the-scenes structure that keeps everything running efficiently.
Sloane has completed coursework toward a minor in neuroscience and is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration to further strengthen her leadership and organizational skills.
Outside of work, Sloane is passionate about digital and film photography, live music, and reading. She also enjoys rollerskating and spending quality time with her son and their dog.
