Armed with a SHRM-CP certification and an MBA from Globe University, he has seamlessly integrated human resource management principles and strategic business practices into the fabric of academic administration. His journey began with a fervent commitment to student success, evident in roles ranging from admissions counselor to executive level management positions, where he leveraged his employee relations expertise to optimize performance and create collaborative environments where faculty, students, and staff thrive.

As an accreditation evaluator, Nate has volunteered his time to conduct on-site reviews at institutions throughout the U.S. and abroad. Nate has had the opportunity to visit institutions in Spain, Germany, Denmark, and Paris, France. Throughout his career, he’s continually sought innovative solutions to enhance the educational experience, whether through implementing cutting-edge technology in classrooms or spearheading initiatives to promote diversity, inclusivity, and operational excellence across the globe. Nate continues to make a lasting impact on the education landscape, shaping the minds of future generations and leaving an indelible mark on the institutions he serves.

Although he now resides in Hudson, Wisconsin with his wife and four children, Nate bleeds purple and gold for the Minnesota Vikings! Whether it’s the thrill of a touchdown, a walk-off home run, or a buzzer-beating three-pointer, Nate lives for the excitement of Minnesota sports.
