When to Call vs. When to Use the Help Desk
If you’re already enrolled, the fastest way to get help is by submitting a Help Desk ticket through your Learn Stage account. This ensures your request is tracked and sent to the right team. For non-enrolled students, urgent issues, or password resets, please call us during business hours.

- You’re an enrolled student who needs urgent account or billing help during business hours 
- You can’t log in and need a password reset (for security, this must be handled by phone) 
- You prefer to speak directly with our team
